  • Late payments may result in service delays, suspension, or additional administrative charges.

All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all outstanding invoices:

  • Clients retain ownership of content, assets, and materials they provide.
  • Clients receive ownership rights to completed deliverables as outlined in the project agreement.

Dgtal Grow retains ownership of proprietary methodologies, processes, frameworks, templates, tools, and internal systems used in delivering services.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Many of our services involve third-party platforms such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Shopify, WordPress, and other software providers.

Dgtal Grow is not responsible for:

  • Platform outages
  • Policy changes
  • Account suspensions imposed by third parties
  • Changes to search engine algorithms
  • Advertising platform restrictions

8. No Guaranteed Results

Digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our direct control.

While we strive to achieve the best possible results, Dgtal Grow does not guarantee:

  • Specific rankings in search engines
  • Specific advertising performance
  • Lead volume targets
  • Revenue growth targets
  • Business outcomes

Any forecasts, estimates, or projections are provided for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim.
